Abstract

This document presents the progress of the doctoral thesis on education research project. The education in non-conventional renewable energies and more specifically in wind energy education, is proposed as a paradigm that is being implemented through a learning methodology of Project Based Learning (PBL) for the Electronic Engineering program. Non-Conventional Renewable Energies (NCRE) has recently taken on great importance in recent decades, is necessary implement educational programs in underdeveloped countries at all levels, that allow appropriation of these technologies for all citizens.
