Abstract
The work presents a system through which we can share information, bibliographic material, multimedia and other material, digital wood as if it were a library, mobile devices that use photovoltaic solar energy in areas where there is no access to electricity or the Internet users to the benefits of having a source of information and electricity. key-words: solar library, solar charger, photovoltaic energy
